Yep. See that beautiful number there? Who knew gorgeous happened that way! And I love everyone. I mean it. Even the people who might smell a little funny. Not to suggest any of you smell funny. But on the off chance you do, I’d still like you. Because without all the lovely and encouraging people in the world, this small milestone would not have been met. Sure, a small fraction of these people might have a little too much time on their hands, but you know what… I’ll take it! I wont judge you if you play Farmville and talk about the crops your expansion yielded. Okay. I might judge you a little, but I promise it will pass. And I’ll even admit I’m slightly addicted to Bejeweled Blitz, and remarkably bad at it. And yes, there are plenty of milestones still ahead, but this one was my first, and it was fun, and my Facebook fans made it a total trip (I should make strangers guess random numbers more often). I celebrated with giveaways galore and general happiness ensued, and I can’t wait until I hit 1000! Amidst all the frivolity and fun, I also realized something incredibly important. Support is an amazing thing. I’m not talking about monetary support, though there is that as well, I suppose. I’m talking about interaction, encouragement, compliments and all the things that make social interaction something to cherish and propagate and move forward with like-minded kindness. I have made new friends in this journey who have offered me oodles of information and creativity and laughter, and you can’t put a price on that kind of generosity of spirit. So, in keeping with this beautiful ideal of support, I’m offering an advanced tutorial for free, for a limited time, to all my fans! Your compliments and kindness are appreciated. (Please note: this tutorial is no longer offered free.) I hope you enjoy it. I hope you take this as intended… a heartfelt thank you for everything you do to keep me motivated! And if you all endeavor to help me achieve the 1000 “likes” milestone, I promise you that good times, free stuff and an atmosphere of creative sharing will glow like an everlasting happy thought. Well, at least lasting a day. I can definitely promise that. Happy Weaving! And many thanks! Nicole
