Nicole Hanna Jewelry is dedicated to providing quality, artisan jewelry and prompt, polite customer service. In the event an item has been detailed, explained or depicted wrong or if the item contains a construction error, refunds or store credit may be applied to returned items postmarked within 15 days from purchase date for domestic orders, and 60 days from purchase date for international orders. Domestic customers, please contact Nicole Hanna, via the contact form, for a return shipping label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns and exchanges for custom requests or made-to-order product will not be accepted nor processed.
Gift purchases may be returned for store credit only.
Please contact Nicole Hanna Jewelry, within the specified time, to arrange the exchange or return. Item must be returned in its original packaging, intact and unused, and include any original sales receipts.
All payments will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, and may take 3-5 business days to process.
Note: Fees may apply if items are returned missing any materials or components. Please be sure to include all materials in the return envelope, with the original packaging.
