If you've wanted to know, here's the place to find out!

I'm often asked where I source my materials: stones, cabochons and the like, and this is the place to see that list. Now, I do buy on a whim and I do random ebay, Etsy and Google searches and pick and choose what appeals to me, and this means my purchase history is pretty much all over God's green earth, and the list would be too intensive to type. So, I've narrowed it down to some of my favorite resources. Each of these sites have comprehensive search features that allow you to find whatever it is you might be looking for.

My favorite supplier - Nicole Hanna! I think I'm starting a museum collection, and I'm always happy to add to it.

hi Donna!

LOL -- Oh, my "let's find THESE stones to make THAT necklace by myself" (circa Jan. 2011) has turned into an obsession, and YES, I could, indeed, open a museum for Ethnic and Antique stones / cabs / "rocks," / wedding beads ... just about ANYTHING.

What have we gotten ourselves into??? And is their ever an end in sight? IF we wanted one, that is :-D

PEACE from the padded seats :-D

The link for Bargainbeads doesn't work. I get the error message: Uh oh!

Sorry, the member you are looking for does not exist.

Looks like they deleted their account. I've deleted the link. Thanks for letting me know!

Thank you for sharing your list of your suppliers! You never cease to amaze me at how generous you are as: a teacher, an artist, and mostly- a compassionate soul!

What would I do without the compassion, humility & God like ways of my favorite instructor. I am filled with gratitude. The journey I have taken for the past 5 years (with you of course) has had we waking up at 4 am to weave. I LOVE IT & YOU!!!! Love & Light~

I love the color of your copper. Could you please tell us what you use? I have been using Liver of Sulfur and no mater how much I scrub and tumble it stays soooo dark.
Thanks

Hi Darlene! I use a Liver of Sulfur gel. What are you using to scrub? A tumbler will not remove patina, only polish the metal at whatever stage of patina it's at. I've found a very fine nail file sponge will work, as well as super fine 0000 steel wool pads from the hardware store (my preferred method) works best for removing the patina to expose the highlights.
