The water lily is symbolized, in antiquity, as a representation of universality, resurrection, supreme spirit and unity, to name a few. I felt it was appropriate for this post, in which I wanted to express my gratitude to all of you.
Gratitude for your continued support. For the community you've created and braced upon your own backs, a community for which I've been incredibly honored to be a part. And every day, while I indulge in this creative journey of mine, you've all journeyed with me, moved me forward with your encouragement. I couldn't be more thankful. Four years ago, I set aside my fears (or at least briefly ignored them) and fell into this work full time. It was new. It was scary. It was, if I'm honest, a wide-eyed jump from the cliff of predictability. And you all managed to catch me. Not just catch me, but keep my artistry afloat with a system of support I've rarely known and, even now, sometimes barely comprehend. Thank you. I'm not sure I can say that enough. I'm not sure I can express my gratitude at any level equal to that of the support you've shown me. I'm amazed and humbled. I am, to put it simply, awed by each of you. Thank you. Thanks to you all. I love having you all in my life. I love this amazing opportunity to share a small piece of myself with you. I love this remarkable gift you've given me. And for however long I have it, I'll cherish every moment. Thank you.

Nicole that thanks has to go both ways. If it wasn't for you and your constant inspiration and sharing of your knowledge and artistry, I wouldn't be doing what I am now. So thank you xx

I also would like to say thank-you for all of your inspiration and kindness. If I hadn't found your site I would have given up a long time ago while recovering. Reading your blogs gave me the little push I needed to continue doing what I love ! I was told that I would never be able to do the things I did before, some is true but with my wire wrapping and seed beading it really hurt to think I would never be able to do it again. Each day is a struggle to get the body to move and get my mind believing I can. Here I am still relearning everything I once knew and being able to adjust the way I do it and still accomplish the same outcome. Your blogs have helped me realize that I can still be creative and disabled and be able to do the best work possible I am seeing a difference between what I do now and when I first started again. I am so thankful for having found you and your blog, for helping me realize I didn't have to give up creating I just had to change the way I did things to accomplish my love of art.

That kind of positive approach is exactly what I love to see! We can always create, even if not in the way we always expect.

I am a Newbie to wire wrapping/weaving and have found so much inspiration from your tutorials. I love learning new weaves and get my weaving neater. With what you have been through to make your love of designing and making in to a business, is also very inspiring for others to take that leap in to the unknown.

Thank you so much Denise! I was once new to all of this myself, and the helpfulness of the wire wrapping community definitely helped me grow as well.

Nicole, I come to your website often and have learned so many things from you. You are the one that has blessed us and our lives. I appreciate your giving spirit. I believe that what we do for others and let go, comes back to us 2 fold. I pray that is true for you. I biggest wish is that I had your hands...I bet they have a built-in-memory and I would be able to do all these wonderful designs in a snap...instead of DAYS and DAYS
