Shipping Policy
​USPS First Class Shipping FREE World Wide on Orders $150 or more!
Packages are shipped within 48 hours, with track & confirm for all domestic orders. Please allow 10 business days for domestic purchases and no less than 45 business days for international orders. Please note, local USPS processing times differ package to package and tracking information could take 1 or more days, from the date of purchase, to update.
Insurance, Delivery Confirmation, Priority and Express mail are optional charges. If you would like to utilize any of these options, please contact nicole@nicolehannajewelry.com before completion of your purchase so your bill may be modified to reflect these changes. Delivery confirmation is not available for international orders unless when express shipping is purchased.
Nicole Hanna Jewelry is not responsible for any customs fees associated with international deliveries. Please check with your local postal authorities concerning any customs regulations or duties that might be of note before completing your purchase.

Return & Exchanges Policy
Nicole Hanna Jewelry is dedicated to providing quality, artisan jewelry and prompt, polite customer service. In the event an item has been detailed, explained or depicted wrong or if the item contains a construction error, refunds or store credit may be applied to returned items postmarked within 15 days from purchase date for domestic orders, and 60 days from purchase date for international orders. Domestic customers, please contact Nicole Hanna, via the contact form, for a return shipping label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless item was arrived damaged.
Returns and exchanges for custom requests or made-to-order product will not be accepted nor processed.
Gift purchases may be returned for store credit only.
Please contact Nicole Hanna Jewelry, within the specified time, to arrange the exchange or return. Item must be returned in its original packaging, intact and unused, and include any original sales receipts.
All payments will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, and may take 3-5 business days to process.
Note: Fees may apply if items are returned missing any materials or components. Please be sure to include all materials in the return envelope, with the original packaging.
