Custom Requests Are CLOSED
“I held a moment in my hand, brilliant as a star, fragile as a
flower, a tiny sliver of one hour. I dripped it carelessly.

Ah! I didn’t know, I held opportunity.” ~ Hazel Lee

Please note: Custom orders are first-come, first-served. Work load and personal projects limit the number of custom requests I accept each year. Please check this page often for "Custom Request Open" or "Custom Request Closed" notices. Once closed, a list of requests is not retained and all requests must be resubmitted when I am open to receive them. Thank you for your understanding!

Guidelines for Submitting a Request for Custom Work

Each client will receive complete and undivided attention through every step of the creation process, which I endeavor to make as pleasurable as possible. Simply submit your request via my contact form to get started. Please include the following information when submitting a request for custom work:

  • Size, shape and a picture of any beads or stones you will be supplying (if applicable).
  • Specify metal preference (Gold-filled, Sterling Silver, Brass, Bronze or Copper).
  • Requests for hair accessories require a description of hair thickness and length.
  • Specify chain length (in cm), wrist size (in cm), ring size (in mm).
  • Time frame.
  • Budget.

All estimates for custom work must be paid in full before work begins. An image of the finished product is emailed for final approval before the piece is mailed. Redesigns of small elements may be requested for additional fees. Custom orders will be completed and shipped within two to four weeks, dependent upon current work load. If adjustments are necessary to stay within your budget, I will do my best to accommodate.

Things To Note About Custom Orders

  • Not all rings are created equal. Design and band width both determine fit. To assure a proper fit, measure the finger in mm, and submit that number with your custom order request. Please measure at the end of the day when neither too hot or too cold, as fingers can swell and shrink by as much as two sizes daily.
  • Each piece is made by hand. Specific designs will contain deviations from previous versions, and some designs are created and sold as one-of-a-kind and will not be duplicated at all.
  • Stones and beads are purchased in limited, or one-of-a-kind capacity. Stone requests will not guarantee replicas or duplicates of stones featured in previous work, in neither color nor shape.
  • Please do not request work based on the designs of others. Under no circumstances will these requests be honored.
  • I can work with both beads and un-drilled stones or cabochons, though my work is not best suited for tumbled stones of certain sizes and shapes. I will be happy to wrap larger or irregular-shaped stones for you, however, the difficult nature of their settings will increase production time and final price.

Thank you so much for your interest in my work! I look forward to creating something special for you!
